over 70% of these plans allow members to make investment
choices. CAPs could be any one of the following: Defined
Contribution Registered Pension Plans (DC RPPs), Self-Directed
Registered Retirement Plans (SDSPs) Structured Registered
Retirement Savings Plans (STSPs), Voluntary Registered
Retirement Savings Plans (VLSPs), Deferred Profit Sharing
Plans (DPSPs) some of which might also include a Common
