Privacy Statement
The Workplace Pension Solutions (Canada) Inc. (WPS) Privacy
Statement is our formal promise to continue to protect the
privacy of our associates, clients and the people that they
employ. We will treat all e-mail, correspondence, documents
and data, electronic or otherwise, as highly sensitive and
confidential.
All staff members are required to sign a confidentiality
agreement. All staff share the responsibility of following
established procedures and thereby safeguarding associates
and client information.
To protect our associates, clients and their employees and
to competently perform our services, WPS collects only necessary
information, data or documents from legitimate sources, with
legitimate reasons and only with proper authorization.
All requests for information, data or documents are undertaken
with the authorization of our associates and clients. Information
obtained is used only for the sole purpose directly related
to retained services and is disclosed only to authorized persons
for pre-identified reasons. This information is securely retained
on or off-site for a period that ensures that we can continually
meet due diligence requirements.
Associates and clients are granted full access to their related
information, data or documents and can do so by contacting
WPS.
